Complex Financial Data Made Easy To Read
Small business owners are not accountants, yet most finance tools are designed as if they were. This concept turns a dense set of numbers into a dashboard that answers the questions owners actually ask: how much is in the bank, what is owed and what is due. Each widget shows one figure, one trend and one next action, and deeper reports are a single click away.
The product was planned as an MVP first. Core features such as accounts, invoicing and a cash flow view come in the first release, with integrations and advanced reporting mapped to later phases.

From Idea To

Discovery
We defined the users, their daily questions and the features an MVP must include.
Information design
Data was grouped and prioritized so the dashboard shows what matters first.
Interface design
A component library of charts, tables and forms was designed for clarity and reuse.
Technical planning
Architecture, integrations and a phased delivery plan were prepared for development.
The Outcome
The concept shows a finance product that is quick to understand and realistic to build: a focused dashboard, a consistent component library and a roadmap that gets a first version in front of users early.
